Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must be an Indian permanent resident.
- The student must be working toward a technical education degree.
- The candidate must be a ward affected by COVID-19 (i.e., one or both parents passed away because of COVID-19) or a martyred member of the Central Paramilitary Forces and Armed Forces (Shaheed).
- The candidate must be enrolled in a degree or diploma program in normal mode (first, second, third, or fourth year) at an institution that has received AICTE approval.
- The applicant’s family’s yearly income cannot be more than INR 8 lakh.

Selection Process

- STEP 1: All students are asked to visit the NSP website to complete the NSP OTR Registration Online 2025–2026.
- Upon arriving at the official website’s main page, students need to find and select the “register” option.
- STEP 3: A set of guidelines will show up on your desktop screen. The residents are required to carefully read it, scroll down, and choose “next.”
- Step 4: A new page will open on your desktop screen, and students will need to input their registered cellphone number and the OTP they got on that number.
- STEP 5: To go to the following page, students need to input the captcha code and choose “verify.”
- STEP 6: Students must now finish the eKYC procedure by providing the requested information and selecting “next.”
- STEP 7: Students must now fill out the last page with all of their extra information, such as their address, educational background, and bank account information.
- STEP 8: Students can finish their procedure by clicking “submit” after inputting all the information.
